General Policy
All sales are final on perishable baked goods. Due to the nature of fresh, made-to-order food items, we generally do not accept returns.
We Will Offer a Refund or Replacement If:
- Your order arrived damaged or incorrect
- The item was not as described
- There was a quality issue with the product
- You received the wrong order
Conditions for Refund/Replacement:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
- A photo of the issue must be provided via WhatsApp or email
- Items must be uneaten or mostly uneaten to qualify
- Refund requests after 24 hours will not be entertained
Custom & Special Orders (Cakes, etc.):
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all custom orders
- Cancellations made 72 hours before the delivery/pickup date will receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before will receive no refund
- Once a custom cake is collected or delivered, we are not responsible for any damage
Allergies & Dietary Requirements:
- It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies before placing the order
- We are a home kitchen and cannot guarantee allergen-free environments
- No refunds will be issued for allergic reactions if allergens were not disclosed at the time of order
How to Request a Refund:
- Contact us within 24 hours
- Send your order details + photo to 03367427890 or Bakeify.support@gmail.com
- We will review and respond within 24–48 hours
- If approved, refund will be processed via Bank transfer/easypaisa/jazzcash within 3–5 business days
